Lies And Truth

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “The ancestor of every action is thought.”
We do what we do because we think what we think. We believe lies, and those lies affect our lives as if they were true. We believe lies like, “I’m not important unless I’m successful,” and “No one could ever love me,” and “When I feel sad, food is what can make me feel better,” and “God only listens to my prayers when I haven’t sinned too much.”
To find freedom, we need to expose and demolish those lies.
And we need to replace them with truth.
