Want to eat at what may be the best food in Las Vegas? Are you sure? Well, I’m gonna tell you where to get it. But you may not believe me because you get this food from a restaurant … on four wheels. Yes, it’s a food truck. And not one of the new gourmet food trucks. This is a Mexican “roach coach.” If you’re concerned about cleanliness, take note of the “A” rating on the truck.

The food truck is Cuki’s. Six days a week for breakfast and lunch you’ll find it near the corner of Blue Diamond and Decatur. There are two Mexican food trucks across the street from each other, Cuki’s is the one with lines of 5 to 10 people (whereas the other has lines of 0 to 1 people).

Burritos are huge and only $4. Get the pork burrito with everything.
