I had heard about it. Then I heard about it again. Then, I think, a third time. But it wasn’t located in my neck of Las Vegas. Then I was planning on meeting Ty Neal, pastor at Grace Point Church in North Vegas, for lunch. And I realized – it’s half-way between us! This was my chance.

So we went. And it was good. Really good!

It is KoMex Express. It is Korean Mexican Fusion. It is kinda funky and totally delicious. That’s why so many people are talking about it. And that’s why if you live in the 702, even if it’s not in your neck of Las Vegas, you need to get to KoMex.
