Speaking

I speak at our church in Las Vegas just about every week, but set aside about ten weekends a year to speak at other churches. I also dedicate a few weekdays a year to speak at conferences and conventions.

I speak on the topics of:

• God For The Rest Of Us: God is not just for good people; He’s for bad people. He’s not just for the religious; He’s for the rest of us. I will remind your people of God’s heart for those who are far from Him, and challenge them to reach out to them so they can experience His love. At the same time I will speak to those who are disconnected and give them a whole new picture of the God who loves them and is calling them into relationship with Him.

• Church For The Rest Of Us: So many churches do such a good job at so many things, but often not at the one thing. Jesus mission’ is for the church to seek and save the lost, to help people who are wandering spiritually to find their way into the arms of their Heavenly Father. I will challenge your church to make the main thing the main thing, and equip you to become more effective in the mission.
• GO For The Rest Of Us: Jesus told his followers to "go" and help others choose to follow him. vangelism should be the priority for every Christian, but very few Christians ever engage in evangelism. Evangelism means to share good news, but most Christians somehow make it sound like bad news. I’ll help your people to see how they can lose their fear of sharing Jesus with people, and can become effective in “doing” evangelism.
• Risk For The Rest Of Us: Christians are to live by faith. Risk is inherent in faith. Faith isn’t meant to be safe. The problem is fear. Fear often stops us from doing what God wants us to do. I will give your people practical ways to overcome fear, and inspire them to do whatever faith requires.
