Vision Frame

Just a little more Mancini… In his book, and with us on Monday, he presents what he calls a vision frame. The outer four sides require you to ask and (with clarity) answer four questions:

  1. What are we doing? (What ministry has God called us to do? This never changes.)
  2. Why are we doing it? (What’s our motivation? This never changes.)
  3. How are we doing it? (What strategy are we using? This does change.)
  4. When are we successful? (What are the measures we use to know we’ve hit the mark?)

Focusing in on question three: Mancini asks churches, “Tell me your strategy in ten words or less.”

Can you do that? Could you explain to someone your church’s strategy in ten words or less?
