The Future
This won’t make sense and won’t matter to you, but I thought I’d let you in on a secret, just ’cause I happen to be thinking about it…
No one has ever asked me what I hope to do with the “second half of my life” (which still doesn’t start for a few years, so slow down!) but here it is:
I hope to be an advocate, encourager, recruiter, spokesperson,
consultant, trainer, fundraiser for ….. my wife’s ministry.
consultant, trainer, fundraiser for ….. my wife’s ministry.
What will that ministry be? I have some guesses, but we’ll see…
Why is that what I want to do? Well, (1) Have you met my wife?, (2) She’s been that for me, and (3) Seriously, what better thing could I do?!
