The Matrix

This week we’ve started having meetings with our Launch Team to help them find their spots in “The Matrix.” The Matrix is an organizational flow chart looking diagram of all our ministries and all the volunteer positions required to make them go.

We spent a couple meetings trying to help our people think a little through who they are – gifts, passions, sufferings, personality, etc. – to help them find their place to serve. Actually, their placeS. We’re asking everyone to take on two to four roles, and then to find an apprentice for all but one, or maybe two, of their roles, and to apprentice themselves out of their “extra” positions.

So this week we’re starting doing individual meetings with our people to talk through who they are, and where they fit in The Matrix.
