I know I’m behind the curve on this one, but this month I finally read The Dip by Seth Godin. It’s a (very) little book that teaches you what to quit and when to quit.
The idea is that you have to quit the right things, so you can focus on and become great at what you’re truly supposed to be focused on and great at. But you also need to not quit the thing you’re not supposed to quit, though you’ll be tempted to as you enter into “the dip” that is a part of the journey of anything you commit yourself to in life.
Pretty good stuff.
