Vince Recommends…

If you’re a fan of yogurt (which I’m really not) try Greek yogurt.

It tastes the same except the consistency. Basically it’s the same as regular yogurt, except that it’s strained extra which takes out the whey, and leaves it thicker and creamier.

I eat Greek yogurt almost every morning for breakfast. “But Vince, you said earlier that you’re not a fan.” “Yes, that is true, but it is pretty close to the perfect food – with twice the protein of regular yogurt and no fat. And we all know how health conscious I am.” (Insert laugh track here.)
