T.I. in L.V.

It was one year ago today that we pulled into Las Vegas. Two families had already moved here, and some of our friends drove in from Tuscon, and we all unloaded our truck. Then all 17 of us went out for dinner, and down to walk the Strip.

We stopped to watch the free “pirate show” at Treasure Island (“T.I.”) casino, which we thought would be good for the 9 kids, but soon found out was like watching strippers in a pirate battle against Chip ‘n Dale dancers. When the show ended, one of the kids (age 10) asked, “Does T.I. stand for totally inappropriate?”

And, come to think of it, it’s been pretty much all totally inappropriate ever since!
