Mancini Day

Our staff is spending the day with Will Mancini today, and that makes me very excited.

I consider Will to be one of the sharpest guys out there, and at the very top when it comes to church consultants. And his book, Church Unique, is perhaps the book I recommend most often to church planters and pastors.

Will has an amazing combination of big picture thinking AND drilling down into the details. And I LOVE his focus on church’s finding their unique vision from God rather than a carbon copy vision from some other church.

Can’t wait to learn from him and have him take our staff to the next level in vision clarity!
