The Right People

For a lot of church planters, one of the goals is to have as many people as possible on your Launch Team. (Launch Team = The people who are going to be a part of starting your church.)

I totally disagree.

I think the goal should be to have as many of the right people as possible on your Launch Team.

Who are the right people? I’ll share my opinion next time, and then I’ll tell you a little about the Vervalicious event (Vervalicious = share the vision night for people who are interested in our church) we did on Friday and what I did that’s probably very different from just about every church planter I know.
