Back In Vegas

Got back from Austin last night and I get to be in Vegas … for two days. Oh well. But I’m excited about today because I’ve got several people I’ll be hanging out with.

This morning I’m meeting with a guy who has lived here for awhile. I’m getting all kinds of contacts from people who know someone in Vegas. And I’m meeting with everyone who will meet with me. At the very least I want to learn more about people and life and ministry in Vegas.

Tonight my wife and I get to hang out with Michael Lukaszewski and his wife, who are in town on vacation. Michael is a church planter from Georgia. So what kind of church planter vacations in Vegas? Hmmmm. It will be fun to spend time with him, and I’m psyched about getting to speak at his church in September…
