But On The Other Hand…
So I told you about how our kid’s school has video surveillance everywhere (they also lock big fences around the school once the day starts).
But, on the other hand, they have all the kids gather in the playground in lines before school starts. Many of their parents stand with them. Then they have everyone do the pledge of allegiance together. And then they all kinda march into the classrooms. Most of the parents walk their kids into their classrooms. It was weird. I felt like I had just gone back to the 1950’s.
If anyone from Vegas is reading this, can you explain to me what I experienced this morning? Is it the Mormon influence in Vegas? Something else?
