A Gift For You For 2009

Okay, I hate to sound like a pastor, but since that is my day job…

I think the best thing you could do for yourself in 2009 is read the Bible everyday. And I don’t say that because I’m supposed to, I say it ’cause the Bible has changed my life. So, if you need a little direction with what to read in the Bible each day, and maybe a bit of accountability I’ve got something for you:

My son is 9½ and I decided that in 2009 we’re going to read through the New Testament together. I looked at a bunch of reading plans through the N.T. and didn’t like any, so I developed my own. What I like about it is that it spreads the gospels throughout the year, and it saves most of the more difficult books for later in the year.
